From his first role as a bricklaying apprentice at age 15, to the founder of HeartyHomes, Kevin Vanderkley has forged a solid reputation for producing exceptional, quality homes.
“I began my career as a bricklaying apprentice and slowly grew from there,” recalls Kevin.
“Initially, I founded my own bricklaying business but, after building my own home, I moved into renovations, speculative builds and property development. Somewhere along the way HeartyHomes was born.”

A five-step build process

Clients select a plan from more than 30 options designed to cater to any budget. A member of HeartyHomes’ experienced team works directly with each client to modify this plan to suit their individual needs, taste and council codes. Their plan is finalised and a price is agreed. This is followed by a swift build (on average five months) and the keys to a new home!
