Dahlsens is excited to be part of the first ever Carpentry Expo running 17 – 18 September at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
This expo is an initiative of Carpentry Australia, an industry body dedicated to supporting carpenters throughout their whole career, from apprentice, to qualified chippie, to business owner to retirement. For Dahlsens, the Carpentry Expo is an opportunity for us to support the all-important carpentry trade and up-and-coming Australian builders.

Firstly, it’s FREE for everyone to attend.

Main stage action and special guests
Richmond Tigers legend, ALEX RANCE, will share his insights on leadership, resilience, and building high-performance cultures – something so important to professionals in the building industry
KEVIN SHEEDY is another legend of AFL with decades of experience in building teams, developing people, and backing community. Through his usual powerful storytelling and straight-shooting wisdom, Kevin will share leadership lessons and the importance of resilience, discipline and heart – whether you’re on the field or on the tools.
Our own Ron Storck, Dahlsens account manager based in Gippsland – will also be on the main stage on the 17th September at 2.30pm as part of a panel discussing how building a strong relationships with your supply partners is essential to your success. Ron has done it all. He first started out as a carpentry apprentice, then building business owner, consultant, inspector, supervisor for GJ Gardner, Dahlsens branch manager and now account manager.
